2017 marked the 200th anniversary of the West Point Band, the nation's oldest continuously active Army band. As is common in the Army, I covered numerous roles leading up to the event. 

• Led a multi-month marketing plan that ended with a sold-out gala concert in David Geffen Hall in Lincoln Center.
• Coordinated the multi-camera recording and livestream of the event, reaching over 600,000 people on the day of the performance and millions since. 
• Planned and developed historical features on the West Point Band website, including an interactive timeline that spans the band's 200 year history.
• Oversaw creation of a printed booklet outlining the history of the band that was distributed to all gala attendees.
• Coordinated media coverage of the gala; spoke directly with reporters from The NY Times and Wall Street Journal.
• Attended all planning meetings for the band and used test and empathy to influence senior leaders to arrive at mutually agreeable courses of action.
